Yahyah abdulai Bangura shows his office next to the construction site. Next month they are expected to open the new extension of the maternity complex with 12 beds, which Yahyah abdulai Bangura will be in charge of.
In this July he has already helped 6 women delivering her baby. Pregnant women from a radius of more than 10 kilometers to seek help in this facility in the Kunsho Community near the town of Makeni (July 18, 2016).
This facility is supported The Project Infection Prevention and Control (IFC) and Screening in Primary Health Care Facilities in Sierra Leone.
The building of the new extension building of the maternity complex is a project by UNICEF and funded by the European Union.
